Christmas Eve I made a special dinner, of course, and for dessert I found this cheesecake recipe on Taste of Home’s website.
It was SO good, and ridiculously easy, so I thought I would share.

While we were in Maryland, a special family friend was passed on to Silas: Red Teddy. He was Enric’s when Enric was little, and Miquel and Laura had him too. But after 25 years and three kids, he was understandably a little dirty.
