On Father’s Day last Sunday, I was thinking I should take a Father-Son picture of Enric and Silas, but the day ended up busy, and nothing particularly photogenic happened anyway.
Today, though, we got our moment: Enric and Silas lying on the couch making faces and funny noises at each other and laughing hysterically! Silas had fun exploring Enric’s nose (and prior to this picture, smudging his glasses). Enric would laugh and Silas would laugh back. 
Although we’d both rather Enric have a job right now, it has been so wonderful to have him at home. He and Silas have gotten to spend a lot more time together than when Enric was in school, and it’s easy for me to see they have gotten closer and “bonded” if you will. (I hate that word because it’s a catch-phrase right now, and I hate catch phrases; but I think it best describes what’s happening).
